【摘要】 目的探讨广西正常人群中脑膜炎奈瑟菌Y群的感染情况及免疫水平,为流脑预防提供科学依据。方法在广西梧州市、南丹县、来宾市和全州县按年龄分层随机抽样,共调查0～82岁人群434人。对调查对象采集咽拭子进行脑膜炎奈瑟菌(Nm)培养,采集血清标本用ELISA法检测Y群脑膜炎球菌多糖抗体IgG含量,以抗体浓度≥2μg/mL者为阳性。结果调查对象中未检出Y群带菌者。抗体阳性率为4.38%,阳性者几何平均浓度(GMC)为3.89μg/mL;3～4岁组已有阳性者,年龄高峰在25～34岁组(12.24%),25岁以上人群平均抗体阳性率(8.03%)显著高于25岁以下人群(2.69%)(χ2=6.3757,P<0.05);各地区、性别之间抗体阳性率和阳性者GMC及年龄组之间阳性者GMC差异均无统计学意义。结论广西存在Y群流脑感染,且儿童时期已经发生。人群对Y群流脑有很高的易感性,其中25岁以下是高危险人群。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the carriage of Y meningococci and antibody levels to the serogroup in healthy population.Methods By age-stratified random sampling,a total of 434 persons aged 0-82 years in 4 towns of Wuzhou City,Nandan County,Laibin City and Quanzhou County.were enrolled.Oral swabs were obtained to isolate Neisseria meningitidis and serum samples were tested for specific IgG to Y meningococcus polysaccharide using ELISA.Seropositivity was defined as specific IgG ≥2 μg/mL.Results No Y meningococcal carriers were detected from the studied population.The prevalence of seropositivity for Y was 4.38%,and the anti-Y geometric mean concentration(GMC) was 3.89μg/ml in seropositive persons.The infection started at age 3-4 years and peaked at age 25-34(12.24%).The seropositivity rate was higher in the age group ≥25 years (8.03%) than in the group <25(2.39%)(χ2=6.3757,P<0.05).Statistically there was no difference as regards the seropositivity and GMC between regions,males and females,nor as regards the GMC in relation to age.Conclusion The study results suggest that the occurrence of Y meningococcal infection begins at childhood in Guangxi.General populations,particularly those aged <25 years,are at high risk of the disease.更多还原
