光镊技术及其在染色体研究中的应用
Optical tweezers technology and its application in chromosomes research
【摘要】 引入并介绍光镊的物理原理及其进展,结合详细的医学研究工作,总结了光镊技术在染色体中的具体应用情况。由于光镊具有无直接接触、无损伤等诸多优点,且光镊产生的力在皮牛顿量级,正好落在生物大分子相互作用力的范围,故用光镊捕获染色体的不同成分,可实现了DNA分子的扭转和打结,并实现了对人类染色体操控和鉴别。光镊技术有望成为在分子水平上对各种活细胞的检测、诊断的先进工具,具有非常广阔的前景。
【Abstract】 This paper introduce the optical tweezers physical principle and its making progress, unify the detailed medical research work,summarize specific application situation of the optical tweezers technology in chromosomes.Due to their non-contact and non-invasion characteristics and a trapping force just in the range of bio-molecular interactions,use the optical tweezers to capture chromosome the different ingredient,it has implemented the torsion and knotting of DNA molecules,and realizes the control and differentiation of human being s chromosome. Hopefully in the molecular level,the optical tweezers technology will become one of the most advanced tools to carry out examination and diagnosis of different kind of living cell;surely it has a very bright prospect.
