一个不完全信息静态博弈视角下的节能降耗任务分配模型及其推论
Task Allocation Model and Inference of Energy Saving from the View of Static Games of Incomplete Information
【摘要】 通过构造一个中央政府对两个地方政府之间在信息不对称条件下的静态博弈模型,研究了节能降耗任务的分配问题。研究发现:在中央政府知道地方政府的生产函数的类型及其分布函数的情形下,中央政府仍然可以找到最优的节能降耗分配方案,但这一方案所导致的总产出小于信息完全对称条件下的总产出,二者之间的差额正是信息的价值。
【Abstract】 By building up a static game model under the condition of information asymmetry between a central government and two local governments,this paper made research on distributing the task of energy saving and energy consumption reduction.The research found out that under the condition of the central government knowing the types and production function of local governments,the central government still can find out the optimal allocation plan,but the gross output generated by this plan was smaller than that in full information symmetry.The difference is the very information value.
