籼型杂交水稻恢复系种子休眠特性研究

【摘要】 为了解籼型杂交水稻种子的休眠特性,以3个杂交水稻恢复系纯系为研究材料,于2007~2009年早、晚季种植,种子收获后按一定时间进行发芽试验。结果表明,同一年份同一收获季节,不同材料种子的休眠特性不同;相同材料同一年份,不同收获季节水稻恢复系种子的休眠期长短不同,休眠性强的材料早、晚季休眠期差别较大,休眠性弱的材料早、晚季休眠期差别较小,一般相同材料晚季休眠期比早季长;相同材料同一收获季节,种子休眠性在年度间也存在一定差异。

【Abstract】 The present experiment has been conducted to identify the seed dormancy characteristics in the restorer lines of indica hybrid rice.Seed germination tests were carried out after harvest,using three hybrid rice(planted in early and late cropping during 2007-2009) pure restorer lines as experimental materials.The results showed differed seed dormancy amongst different rice materials harvested during the same season.The same pure lines harvested in different seasons in a year also had different dormancy period.And rice restorer seeds harvested at different seasons had different dormancy periods.The materials with strong dormancy had different dormancy period when planted as early and late crops,while it was not significant on the materials with weak dormancy.In general,the dormancy period of the same material which was harvested in late season was longer than that harvested in early season.And the seed dormancy of the same material harvested in the same season between different years had certain difference.
