广西鲜食玉米产业发展现状及对策

【摘要】 文章分析了广西鲜食玉米生产现状及产业化发展现状,指出广西鲜食玉米产业发展存在产品类型较少、规模较小,品牌意识不强、市场开发能力较弱、品种品质较差、专用配套栽培技术普及率低,抗灾能力差、种植风险高等问题。通过对广西鲜食玉米市场前景及发展优势进行分析,提出了加大对鲜食玉米产业的扶持力度,完善鲜食玉米产业链,重视鲜食玉米增效栽培技术优化与推广、推行农产品加工质量标准体系,加大鲜食玉米宣传力度,提高大众对鲜食玉米的认知度等促进广西鲜食玉米产业发展的对策。

【Abstract】 The present paper analyzes the current status of freshly consumable corn and its industrialization in Guangxi.Some constraints have been identified for the industrialization of freshly consumable corns which included fewer processed corn products,production of corns at small-scale,shortage of brand awareness and market development capability,unavailability of high-quality corn varieties,less popularization of cultivation technology for production of freshly consumable corn,deficiency in capacity against natural disasters,high-risk in planting,etc.In order to promote the development of freshly consumable corn,several countermeasures have been discussed in this paper which were as follows:strengthening support for freshly consumable corn industrialization,perfecting freshly consumable corn industry chain,attaching importance to optimize and extend the high-quality cultivation technology of freshly consumable corn,implementing quality standard system for processing agricultural products,enhancing propaganda of freshly consumable corn to increase people’s awareness of freshly consumable corn,etc.
