应用AMMI模型分析广西普通玉米区试品种的稳定性

【摘要】 以不同玉米品种产量资料为基础,应用回归模型和AMMI模型,对2008年春造广西普通玉米品种区域试验A组12个玉米品种的稳定性进行分析评价。结果表明,回归模型在联合回归、基因型回归和环境回归分析中都未达显著水平,因此,回归模型不适用于分析本试验数据;利用AMMI模型分别以1个到多个IPCA主成分轴分析G×E交互作用效应,结果发现当用3个主成分进行分析时,3个IPCA达显著或极显著水平;AMMIⅠ和AMMIⅡ双标图分析结果表明,12个参试玉米品种中,BY789、Z5S31、NX969和YX2774为丰产且稳定性较好的品种,MN4为产量最低、稳定性较差的品种。

【Abstract】 Based on yield data of different maize varieties,the regression model and AMMI model were used to analyze and estimate the varietal stability of 12 maize varieties in group A of Guangxi maize regional trials in spring season,2008.The results indicated that the variance sources of united regression,genotype regression and environment regression did not show significant differences in analysis of regression model,so regression model was not suitable for analyzing the data.The interaction effect of G×E was analyzed by one or more IPCA primary component axis,and it was found that all the 3 IPCA showed significant difference when three primary components were used.The results of AMMIⅠ and AMMIⅡbiplot analysis showed that,out of 12 maize varieties,BY789,Z5S31,NX969 and YX2774 had high yield with better stability,while MN4 had low yield with worse stability.
