含不同比例热带玉米种质杂交组合产量比较研究初报
Elementary report on the yield comparison for maize cross combination containing different proportions of tropical germplasm
【摘要】 利用典型的热带玉米种质群体苏湾1号、墨白1号和自交系双M9分别与典型的温带玉米种质自交系掖478杂交,组配成含有苏湾1号、墨白1号、双M9 3个热带种质比例分别为25%、50%、75%的9个杂交组合;将这9个杂交组合和苏湾1号、墨白1号2个群体进行种植观察鉴定,并对其穗长、穗粗、秃尖长、穗行数、行粒数、千粒重及产量进行分析。结果表明,杂交种温热种质含量各为50%时的籽粒产量最高,穗长、穗粗、行粒数也最大,而果穗秃尖长度差异不显著。因此,广西玉米采用"热带种质×温带种质"杂交模式比较容易获得高产。
【Abstract】 In the present study,two tropical maize germplasm populations,viz.,Suwan 1 and Tuxpeno1 and one inbred line Shuang M9 were used to cross with temperate germplasm inbred line Ye 478.Total 9 cross combinations were bred which contained the tropical germplasm of 25% Suwan 1,50% Tuxpeno 1 and 75% Shuang M9.The ear length,ear diameter,length of bald tip,rows per ear,grains per row,1000-grain weight and yield of the 9 crosses and populations of Suwan 1 and Tuxpeno 1 were analyzed.The results showed that the crosses containing 50% temperate and 50% tropical germplasm had the highest grain yield,ear length,ear diameter and grains per row,while the difference of length of ear bald tip among them was not significant.It was found that the hybrid model "tropical germplasm×temperate germplasm" is effective in obtaining high yield combinations.
