肉桂醛及其衍生物紫外光谱的溶剂效应

【摘要】 考察了溶剂介电常数对肉桂醛、肉桂酸的紫外最大吸收波长λmax的影响,测定了肉桂醛、苯甲醛和苯乙酮在乙醇—水混合溶剂中的λmax,研究了肉桂酸在甲醇—水和甲醇—乙醇、肉桂醛在乙腈—水中的紫外吸收变化规律。结果表明,溶剂对肉桂醛及其衍生物的λmax有显著影响。肉桂醛、肉桂酸、苯甲醛和苯乙酮的λmax值与两种混合溶剂的介电常数ε值有良好线性关系。

【Abstract】 In the present paper the effects of dielectric constant on the UV absorption maximum wavelength(λmax) of cinnamaldehyde and cinnamic acid was investiqated,the λmax of cinnamaldehyde,benzaldehyde and acetophenone in ethanol-water and UV absorption of cinnamic acid in methanol-water and methanol-ethanol,cinnamaldehyde in acetonitrile-water were measured.The results indicated that the solvent had significant effect on the λmax of cinnamaldehyde and its derivatives.The λmax of cinnamaldehyde,cinnamic acid,benzaldehyde and acetophenone had a good linear relationship with dielectric constan of the mixed solvent.
