CFD辅助发动机进气管的研究
CFD-assist Research on Engine Intake Pipe
【摘要】 用逆向工程技术建立了LJ276QE型汽油机的进气管气道的三维模型,而后由CFD软件FLUENT计算该进气流场,并结合应用发动机进气的谐振效应优化了进气流场,改进设计了原进气管的结构。CFD计算结果表明,发动机进气的温度和湍流强度均有了明显的提升,进气系统得到了改良。
【Abstract】 Intake system play a vital part in the perfanmance of engine such as power,economy and emission.In this aiticle, firstly,establish a 3-Dimension modle of the intake pipe of the engine LJ276QE,then emulate the flow field of intake pipe using the CFD software FLUENT,as then considering the resonance effect about intake system,redesign the structrure of this type of intake pipe. Lastly, the simulation result of CFD indicate that the temperature and turbulenance energy increase greatly ,the gas-intake capability improved.
