太赫兹时域光谱技术对化学混合物的成分分析研究

【摘要】 不同化合物在太赫兹波段的吸收谱差别很大,所以存在用太赫兹光谱对化合物及混合物进行含量分析的可能。利用太赫兹时域光谱技术(THz-TDS)技术测量VC和VB1各纯化合物吸收谱,基于化合物的吸收谱,采用线性回归技术,对VC和VB1混合物的太赫兹吸收谱进行分析,得到样品中各个混合成分的相对含量。通过以VC和VB1混合物的THz吸收谱的研究为例,证实了利用整个测量波段的频谱作为化合物的指纹特征来分析化学混合物的成分和相对含量是可行的。

【Abstract】 It is possible to analysis the component of chemical mixture with THz-TDS technology,owing to the distinct difference of absorption spectra.Integrated absorption spectrum in the detected frequency range is taken as the fingerprint of the compound.The absorption spectra of two pure compounds (VC and VB) are measured with terahertz time domain technology.The THz absorption spectrum of chemical mixture is measured and analyzed by linear regression,in order to identify the composition and its relative content in the mixture.The experimental results on mixture demonstrate the feasibility to analyze the components and corresponding contents in the mixture by taking the integrated absorption spectrum in the detected frequency range as the fingerprint of the compound.
