【摘要】 县域经济发展导致县域金融需求展现出越来越明显的内生性,而县域金融供给则仍是由政府主导的、是完全外生的。实体经济内生的不断增长的金融需求与外生的不断萎缩的金融供给之间的矛盾成为县域经济与县域金融的基本矛盾,金融已成为制约县域经济发展的主要障碍。县域经济发展要求调动县域金融活动主体的内在动力,发展内生于县域经济的、适合县域生产要素禀赋结构特点的县域金融新体系。同时,县域金融体系的健康运行还必须有完善的金融法律体系和相应的政策措施支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 County finance demand is endogenous from county economic development.But county finance supply is exogenous and controlled by government.Continuous decrement of county finance supply does not match with continuous increment of county finance demand,which is a fundamental contradiction between county economic and finance.County finance has been hindering county economy development.While a new financial system endogenous from county economic development should be constructed,finance legislation and supporting policy are necessary to successful run county financial system.更多还原
