有氧运动以及补充灵芝多糖抗糖尿病大鼠睾丸脂质过氧化机制的探讨
Study on the Mechanism of Aerotic Exercise and Supplement of Ganoderma Lucidum Polysaccharides’ Anti Lipid Peroxidation Effect on Diabetic Rats
【摘要】 采用链尿佐菌素(STZ)复制Wister大鼠糖尿病动物模型并随机分为对照组(C),糖尿病组(DM),糖尿病灵芝组(DMM),糖尿病运动组(DMS)和糖尿病运动灵芝组(DMMS),探讨了有氧运动以及补充灵芝多糖抗DM大鼠睾丸脂质过氧化机制,为糖尿病患者运动和治疗提供实验依据.用药训练8周期后,测定体重增加量,实验末睾丸的重量;空腹血糖值,和血清胰岛素以及睾丸组织中SOD、GSH-Px活性和MDA含量与DM组相比,(1)各组实验大鼠的Glu出现显著性降低而Ins出现显著性增高(P<0.01或P<0.05),(2)MDA含量各组均呈现显著性降低而GSH-Px和SOD活性各组均显著增高(P<0.01或P<0.05).由此得出高血糖导致活性氧(ROS)在大鼠睾丸中大量堆积,氧化(MDA)-抗氧化(SOD,GSH-Px)平衡破坏,促使脂质过氧化程度加剧,有可能是造成DM大鼠睾丸细胞损伤,导致睾丸功能异常,进而导睾丸病变和性功能障碍的原因之一.有氧运动和补充灵芝的双重手段虽不能彻底清除ROS,但能显著抵抗脂质过氧化,对睾丸细胞起保护作用.
【Abstract】 To investigate the mechanism of aerotic exsercise and supplement of ganodrma lucidum polysaccharides’ anti lipid peroxidation effect on diabetic rats in order to provide experimental proof for excises and treatment of diabetic patients.In this paper,the streptozotocin(STZ) is used to model Wister diabetic rats which are randomly grouped into as following four groups: control group(C),diabetic group(DM),diabetes Ganoderma lucidum group(DMM),diabetic exercise group(DMS) and diabetes exercise Ganoderma group(DMMS).After 8 weeks,test their weight,weight of testicular,fasting boold glucose levels,insulin,activity of SOD and GSH-Px,amount of MDA.Results:a)Compared with DM group,the rats in other groups have obvious decrease in Glu whereas increase in Ins(P<0.01 or P<0.05);b) The amount of MDA derease apparently in each group while increase of GSH-px and SOD(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion is High level of blood glucose results in the accumulation of ROS in testicular of the rats,which consequently cause the imbanlance between MDA and SOD,GSH-Px and increase the rate of lipid peroxidation.All these factors may impair the cell of testicular and cause pathological change intesticular and sexual dysfunction.Although the dual methods of aerotic exercise and supplement of ganoderma lucidum olysaccharides cannot eliminate ROS,they can resist lipid peroxidation and then protect the testicular cells.
