【摘要】 以氨基树脂585-1、0.5S硝化棉为成膜物质,再加入助溶剂、催干剂并以无水乙醇作为稀释剂进行溶合,得到一种醇溶性纸张覆膜胶。讨论了树脂、硝化棉、助溶剂、催干剂等组分及用量对覆膜胶性能的影响。结果表明,树脂、硝化棉、助溶剂、催干剂配比为4:10:21:1时,覆膜胶的干燥速率最大,涂膜综合性能良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 The alcohol soluble coating for printed cardboard could be prepared by solution polymerization with amino resin 585-1,0.5S nitrocellulose,solvent,drier and diluent ethanol.The effects of monomer composition and the amount of resin,nitrocellulose,cosolvent and drier on the paint property were discussed.The result showed that the product had the advantage of quick curing,and the obtained films have good comprehensive properties under the ratio of resin:nitrocellulose:cosolvent:drier =4:10:21:1.更多还原
