316L不锈钢粉的流动温压成型工艺

【摘要】 研究了316L不锈钢粉流动温压成型时,在500 MPa压力下成型温度及润滑剂含量对生坯密度的影响;并在500 MPa压力、4%润滑剂含量和120℃温度下,进行了带内螺纹孔十字形零件的流动温压成型。结果表明:流动温压成型时,在润滑剂的熔点120℃附近生坯密度达到最大值5.55 g·cm-3;生坯密度随着润滑剂含量的增加而提高,但随着润滑剂含量的增加,压坯不出现裂纹的最大成型压力降低;流动温压成型制备的十字形零件的纵向和横向都具有完好的内螺纹。

【Abstract】 Effects of compacting temperature and lubricant content on green density of 316L stainless steel powders were investigated under 500 MPa during warm flow compaction process.And cross-shaped parts with threaded holes were formed with pressure of 500 MPa and 4%lubricant content at 120℃.The results show that the maximum green density of 5.55 g·cm-3 could be obtained around the lubricant’s melting point of 120℃during warm flow compaction forming.Green density increased with the increase of lubricant content while the maximum compacting pressure without cracks in compact decreased.Fine threaded holes in both vertical and lateral directions of cross-shaped parts prepared by warm flow compaction process could be obtained with pressure of 500 MPa and 4%lubricant content at 120℃.
