大学生性与生殖健康KAP现状及教育干预研究
Study of Status and Educational Intervention About College Students Sexual and Reproductive Health KAP
【摘要】 目的对大学生性与生殖健康知信行模式(knowledge,attitude and practice,简称KAP)现状进行分析,探讨与评价对大学生进行性与生殖健康教育的模式、内容和效果。方法采用随机抽样方法对广东省某大学2008级510名新生进行问卷调查。并采用前瞻性干预研究的方法 ,对参加为期半年的性与生殖健康教育后的582名新生进行调查问卷研究,对干预研究的效果进行科学评价。结果经性与生殖健康教育干预后较干预前,大学生对自慰、避孕、流产方式的认识提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大学生的性与生殖健康教育是必要的,应针对大学生的需求进行相应的知识教育。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the status of sexual and reproductive health KAP model of college strdents (knowledge,attitude and practice,referred to as KAP),and to explore and evaluate the sexual and reproductive health education models,content and effects among them.Method 510 freshmen in a university of Guangdong Province,by the random sampling method,received a questionnaire survey.582 freshmen,after the six-month sexual and reproductive health education,throngh the prospective intervention method,received a questionnaire survey too.Then the effect of intervention study was evaluated.Results Freshmen after sexual and reproductive health education intervention,compared with before the intervention,make progress in awareness about masturbation,contraception and abortion.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Sexual and reproductive health education in college students is necessary.With regard to the needs of students,appropriate knowledge should be provided.
