肌肉发育中肝细胞生长因子(HGF)生物学作用研究进展
Research Progress on Biological Functions of Hepatocyte Growth Factor during Muscle Development
【摘要】 肌肉发育过程中所涉及的多个因子及各种生物学功能的研究越来越被研究者关注。肝细胞生长因子(hepatocytegrowth factor,HGF)是一个大的多区域蛋白质,作为重要的形态发生原和有丝分裂原在肌肉发育过程中有着举足轻重的作用。HGF与其受体c-met结合启动一系列的信号通路在肌肉发育的增殖和分化过程中行使生物学功能。针对HGF在肌肉发育过程中分子机制水平的研究有待进一步开展。
【Abstract】 Many factors and several kinds of biological functions involved in muscle development are studied by more and more researchers.As an important morphogenesis progenitor hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) is a big and multi-domain protein and plays an important role during myogenesis as mitogen and morphogen.A series of HGF-met signaling pathways perform their biological activities at proliferation stage and differentiation stage of myogenesis.More works about HGF molecular mechanism will be done in the future.
