【摘要】 试验旨在研究复方中药根黄分散片对肉鸡部分生理生化指标的影响。选取120只19日龄的三黄肉鸡,随机分为低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组和对照组,每组30只。连续给药30d,在给药后第10、20、30天各组随机选取10只进行称重、采血和解剖,考察肉鸡的体重、脏器系数和肝肾功能指标。用药后各剂量组肉鸡的体重与对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05),脏器系数和给药剂量之间无规律性变化,药物对肉鸡的血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶活性及肌酐含量的影响较小。试验结果表明,复方中药根黄分散片对肉鸡的体重、脏器系数及肝肾功能的影响小,是一种适合于临床应用的安全低毒的中药制剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this experiment is to study the effect on part of the broiler physiological and biochemical function of Genhuang dispersible tablets.120 19-day-old sanhuang broilers were randomly divided into four groups including the low dose group,medium dose group,high dose group and the control group,and every group had thirty broilers.The drug was continuously administrated for 30days.At the 10th,20th,30th days after administration,we randomly selected 10broilers to examine the weight,organ index,liver and kidney function indicators.The results showed that the boilers’weight of each group had no significant differences compared with the control group(P>0.05).There was no regularity between the organ index and drug’s dosages while the drug had little effect on the serum alanine amino transferase activity and creatinine levels.The results of the research showed that Genhuang dispersible tablets had small interference on weight,kidney and liver functions,and organ index of the broilers.So it was a low toxic and safe traditional Chinese medicine preparation which was suitable for clinical use.更多还原
