【摘要】 目的了解安徽省某县城乡居民卫生服务需求与利用情况。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,抽取该县城及3个乡镇共946名居民。结果城市男、女两周患病率分别为5.4%和4.9%,农村分别为2.6%和4.6%;城乡居民慢性病患病率分别为10.8%和6.16%。城乡居民两周内所患疾病主要为循环系统、内分泌系统、呼吸系统和消化系统疾病。居民去最近医疗机构所需时间明显多于世界卫生组织的标准。结论该地区两周患病率和慢性病患病率均低于国家平均水平,但是卫生服务可及性欠佳;老龄化程度较高,给卫生服务带来了新的挑战。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To understand the needs and utilization of health service of urban and rural residents in a county of Anhui Province.Methods A total of 946 residents were drawn from a county town and three communities by a cluster random sampling method and the selected subjects were surveyed using interviewer administered questionnaire.Results The rate of two-week sickness of urban residents was: 5.4 %(male) and 4.9 %(female).The rate of two-week sickness of rural residents was 2.6%and 4.6% respectively.Prevalence rates of urban and rural residents reported chronic diseases were 10.8% and 6.16%.There was no significant difference between the case-mix systems of two-week sickness of urban and rural residents,which were mainly diseases of circulation system,respiratory system,digestive system,endocrine system.The time needed to reach the nearest service providers of residents was much longer than WHO standard.Conclusions Prevalence rates of reported two-week sickness and chronic diseases in this area were both lower than national average but accessibility of health service in this area was inefficient.The aging degree in this area was quite high,which would bring a new challenge to the health service.更多还原
