【摘要】 目的对性服务人员(CSW)及娱乐场所业主与艾滋病防治工作人员互动活动效果进行评估,以寻求适宜的干预模式。方法采用匿名问卷方式,对武汉市参与CSW及娱乐场所业主与互动活动的人员进行了调查,比较活动开展前CSW406人,与互动活动结束后CSW350人,在生殖健康知识、性病知识、艾滋病知识掌握方面的差异。结果①在生殖健康知识方面,正确回答率均有所提高,除1题的回答正确率互动活动前后差异无统计学意义,其余均有统计学意义;②性病知识方面,互动活动结束后正确回答率均有所提高,且每个问题的回答互动活动前后差异均有统计学意义;③艾滋病知识方面,互动活动结束后正确回答率均有所提高,除2题的回答互动活动前后的差异无统计学意义外,其余各问题的回答互动活动前后差异均有统计学意义。结论开展CSW及娱乐场所业主与艾滋病防治工作人员互动活动效果明显,是一种适宜的CSW性病/艾滋病防治干预模式,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To evaluate the effect of the interactive activities between CSW,entertainment venue owners and CDC AIDS staff,to assess the applicability of this method and to find out suitable intervention model.Methods The CSW,entertainment venue owners and CDC AIDS staff who took part in these activities in Wuhan were investigated adopt anonymous questionnaire,and compare pre (406 persons) and after(350 persons)the activities in understanding of reproductive health,VD and AIDS knowledge. Results ①On reproductive knowledge,accurate rate had been improved after the interactive activities,and there were statistical significance except for one item. ②On venereal disease,after the activities,right understanding of these knowledge had been improved,statistical significance existed.③On AIDS knowlege,accurate rate had been improved too,except for two questions.Conclusions The effects of the interactive activities interventions were obvious,and this was the good intervention model to prevent venereal disease and AIDS disease of CSW,so it should be extended.更多还原
