【摘要】 目的探讨甲型(H1N1)流感患者外周血细胞免疫水平。方法应用流式细胞仪检测30例确诊甲型(H1N1)流感抗体阳性患者外周血T淋巴亚群及自然杀伤(NK)细胞,并以45例普通感冒患者的检测结果作为对照,比较2组之间的差异。结果甲型(H1N1)流感患者外周血CD3+细胞百分比与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),CD4+细胞、NK细胞百分比及CD4/CD8低于对照组(P<0.05),CD8+细胞百分比高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甲型(H1N1)流感患者存在细胞免疫功能异常,可能为甲型(H1N1)流感病毒变异株造成患者体内免疫功能改变的原因之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Probe into the immune level of periphery blood cell of influenza patient of first type (H1N1).Methods Periphery lymph inferior T group and NK cells were analyzed by flow cytology on 20 definitely diagnosed first type (H1N1) influenza antibody positive patients,another 45 ordinary cold patients were taken as control group.Results Experiment group have the same CD3 level with control group.While,the CD4、CD4/CD8 ratio and NK level in the H1N1 group are much lower than the control group.(P<0.05 ).While CD8 cell counts in H1N1 group is higer than the control group.(P<0.05).Conclusion The influenza patient of first type(H1N1)has abnormal cell’s immune functions,which may be the cause leading to first type influenza virus mutation that escaping from immune supervilliance.更多还原
