【摘要】 目的探讨消瘿平丸辅助治疗Graves病(GD)的疗效及用药前后血清胰岛素样生长因子-I(IGF-I)及甲状腺功能指标FT3、FT4水平的变化。方法将80例初诊GD患者随机分为观察组与对照组各40例,2组均口服他巴唑5～30mg或丙基硫氧嘧啶50～300mg,3次/d,观察组在服用西药的基础上加服消瘿平丸6～9g,2次/d。2组均连续用药3个月。观察2组治疗前后甲状腺体积及IGF-I水平变化。结果 2组治疗后甲状腺体积均明显缩小,血清IGF-I水平均下降,但观察组下降更明显(P<0.01)。甲状腺体积与血清IGF-I水平呈正相关(r=0.57,P<0.01)。结论消瘿平丸治疗GD效果好,其作用机理可能与降低血清IGF-I的水平有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of the Xiao ying Ping Pill(XYP)in combination with medicine treatment in patients with Graves disease(GD)and insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)、FT3 and FT4 levels before and after taking XYP Pill.Methods 80 GD patients were divided into two groups ramdomly:Group A was treated with methimazole(MT)6～9g per time,or propyhhiouraeil(PTU)50～300mg per time,three times a day,and the Group B was treated with XYP 6～9g two times a day and the foreign medicine which was taken by the group A.The two groups both need to persevere three months continuously.Then we observed and analyzed the two groups’s Thyroid vdumes and serum IGF-I levels.Results We found the parameters of the two groups both decreased,however,the decline of group B was more obvious(P<0.01),and there was a positive correlation between thyroid volumes and serum IGF-I levels in patients(r=0.57,P<0.01).Conclusion XYP treatment with western medicine could be beeter to the GD patients,and the mechanism of action could be with reference to the decreasing of the serum IGF-I levels of patients.更多还原
