【摘要】 妇女正常的阴道微生态是其生殖健康的重要指标,多种因素可影响阴道微生态的平衡,继之引起阴道内源性和外源性微生物入侵而发生各种阴道炎症,重者引起子宫内膜炎症至盆腔炎性疾病,并可造成不良妊娠结局及不孕,从而严重影响患者的工作与生活质量。临床上常见的许多妇科感染性疾患都存在明显的阴道微生态系统失衡,了解并关注阴道微生态环境的平衡,对生殖道感染性疾病的治疗有重大意义,治疗理念已从以往杀灭微生物转变到增加益生菌、恢复阴道正常微生态环境,进而提高治愈率,减少复发和再感染率。更多还原

【Abstract】 The normal vaginal micro-ecological of women is an important indicator of their reproductive health and a variety of factors can affect the micro-ecological imbalance,followed by endogenous vaginal micro-organisms diseases and alien microbial invasion lead to all kinds of vaginal inflammation,and cause the endometritis in severe cases and even the pelvic inflammatory diseases.As a result,adverse pregnancy outcomes and infertility occur,which seriously affect the quality of work and life.Among the common gynecological infectious diseases in clinic,many have an obvious imbalance in the vaginal microbial systems,which is of concern in recent years.To understand and show much concern for the balance of the vaginal microenvironment has the great significance on the treatment for infections of reproductive system,which is the new treatment concept from the previous concept of killing micro-organisms to increase the probiotics and restore normal vaginal micro-ecological environment,thus enhancing cure rate and reducing the recurrence and reinfection.更多还原
