精密轴承刚度测试系统设计

【摘要】 为了克服传统方案在测试过程的速度慢、全人工操作出现误差等缺点,本文介绍了一种以工业控制计算机为核心的自动化测试系统:通过直流伺服电机施加压力,并用传感器对被测压力实时检测,并采用精密位移传感器探测轴承在压力下的形变。通过动态采集位移信号和压力信号,得出轴承相应的刚度值,并可根据实时绘制出的形变曲线来研究轴承的其他材料性能。实践证明,本测试系统测试操作简单,精度和稳定性高。

【Abstract】 There are some shortcomings of the traditional measurement system like,the process is slow and errors by manually recording the shaft’s displacement value.Also the stiffness value needs to be calculated manually.The new solution is completely based on computer,including the automated data acquisition,the parameter recording,and the results maintaining and inquiring.Pressure exerting process is automatic,when it reaches the predefined value,it will stop exerting,and all these are controlled by a servo DC motor.During the pressure exerting process,the sensor will collect the displacement parameter real-time.At the end of the measurement process,the computer will calculate the result automatically.Thus the measuring productivity is greatly improved and fewer employees will be needed.
