三维轨迹曲线参数的测量算法研究
Algorithm for measurement of 3D frame trajectory
【摘要】 眼镜框轨迹曲线是三维空间曲线,包含了眼镜框各种参数的信息,在眼镜框测量领域具有十分重要的地位,其数据的相关处理直接影响测量的精度和准确性;通过对眼镜框轨迹曲线进行数据拟合、平移、旋转与投影等技术,计算出眼镜框宽度、高度、周长、有效直径、有效直径角、最大直径、最大直径角、曲度等参数;实际测量数据表明,该算法能够有效提高测量的稳定性和准确性,具有较高的抗干扰能力,提高了相关产品的测量性能,具有广泛的实用性。
【Abstract】 The eyeglasses frame trajectory is a three-dimensional curve, which contains plentiful information of the parameter of eyeglasses frame, and the way to deal with is very important in measure field of eyeglasses frame and affect the precision and veracity of the measurement. A method is present to pick up the parameter such as A, B, Circle, ED, EDA, LD, LDA and Curve, by trajectory curve data fitting, plane shift, circumvolvment and projection. A lot of experiments are shown that the proposed algorithm with high anti-jamming is beneficial to improve the stability and veracity, and has widly practicability to enhance the performance of production.
