【摘要】 1944年由艾伯克隆比主持的第一次大伦敦规划是迄今为止最有影响力的区域规划之一,至2008年伦敦市政府编制新一轮大伦敦规划,这期间伦敦规划经历了半个多世纪的发展历程。本文首先对这段发展历程进行了回顾,然后重点分析了2008年新一轮大伦敦规划的背景、主要内容及重点政策等;最后从住房、交通、经济方面总结了该轮规划并探讨了其对今后上海城市建设的启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Judged by the tests of influence,the Greater London Plan of 1944 was probably the most successful regional plan of modern times.Along with the political and economical development,London Plan has been changing all the time.In 2008,the Greater London Authority compiles the lasted edition.The paper aims to investigate the background,the measures and the spatial structure of every planning stage,and then study the mechanism behind it.Studying London Plan will be greatly helpful to the development of urban planning in Shanghai;especially under the context of Shanghai is marching towards the World City.So the latter part of this paper seeks to illustrate the enlightenments from the aspects of housing, transportation and industry.更多还原
