【摘要】 目的:探讨湖北恩施土家族地区人群载脂蛋白B(apolipoproteinB,ApoB)基因3’VNTR与冠心病(coronary heart dis-ease,CHD)易感性的相关性。方法:应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)对102例健康人和58例CHD患者的ApoB基因多态性进行分析。结果:土家族冠心病组3’VNTR等位基因的分布不同,以HVE32为主,汉族患者以HVE34、HVE36和HVE38为主,性别无明显差异性。结论:ApoB基因3’VNTR多态性与该地区土家族冠心病患者易感性有关,与性别无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the Susceptibility of apolipoprotein B (ApoB) gene polymorphism with coronary heart disease(CHD) to Enshi area tujia population of Hubei province Methods:The 3’ VNTR of ApoB gene polymorphism in 102 healthy people and 58 CHD in Tujia population were analyzed by Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR ).Result: The 3’ VNTR allelic distributions was mainly HVE32 alleles in CHD of the Tujia population,and was HVE34,HVE36 and HVE38 in CHD of the Han population in which we also found that there was no obviously difference in gender.Conclusion: The 3’ VNTR alleles is link to the CHD in Hubei province Enshi area tujia population and no relationship between gender.更多还原
