ZrW2O8负膨胀材料高温稳定性研究
Research of High Temperature Stability of ZrW2O8 Negative Thermal Expansion Material
【摘要】 ZrW2O8是在-273~780℃都具有各向同性的负热膨胀化合物,但由于其分解温度(750℃下分解)和窄的热稳定范围(1105~1231℃),反应合成相当困难。本实验通过固相合成法制备了ZrW2O8,并通过XRD分析和综合热分析,对ZrW2O8的高温稳定性进行了研究。
【Abstract】 ZrW2O8 was found to have isotropic negative thermal expansion from-273 ℃ to 780 ℃,but the incongruent decomposition at 750 ℃ and narrow thermal stability of ZrW2O8(1105-1231 ℃) severely restrict synthesis conditions.ZrW2O8 was prepared by solid-state synthesis in this work.The high temperature stability of the ZrW2O8 was studied by XRD analysis and thermal analysis.
