【Abstract】 Raman spectroscopy is a rapid,noninvasive method widely used in bone research due to its efficiency in providing inorganic and organic information simultaneously,in which information of crystal lattice and collagen secondary structure is included.Recent Raman spectroscopic applications in reducing spectra background,bone mechanical testing,bone diseases,Raman imaging studies and in vivo studies are reviewed,in which our own work is included.更多还原
