【摘要】 尝试利用欧阳首承教授提出的信息数字化方法,对2009年湖南省的高温热害天气进行分析研究。结果显示:数字化方法不仅可以揭示高温、热害天气的特殊性和预报的客观依据性,而且具有超前2～3 d的预报期。具有实用性和可操作性,值得一线预报人员使用并推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 We try to use the digital information method proposed by professor Ouyang shoucheng to analyze the high-temperature and heat damage weather occurred in Hu’nan Province in 2009.The results showed that the method not only can reveal the specificity of the high-temperature,heat damage weather as well as the forecast objective basis,but also can be in advance of the forecast period of 2-3 days.The method is practical and worthy to be used by front-line weather forecasters.更多还原
