羟肟酸类捕收剂的生物降解性能及机理研究
Study on Biodegradability and Mechanism of Hydroxamic Acid Collectors
【摘要】 采用振荡培养法研究了混合菌种对羟肟酸类捕收剂的生物降解能力。结果表明:水杨羟肟酸、苯甲羟肟酸、N-羟基邻苯二甲酰亚胺和H205这4种羟肟酸类捕收剂在第7天的生物降解度分别为93.3%、86.9%、86.5%和21.9%,由GB/T15818—2006可知,前3种捕收剂均属于易初级生物降解有机物,H205为难生物降解有机物。羟肟酸类捕收剂的生物降解过程符合一级反应动力学方程,上述4种捕收剂的反应速率常数排序为k水杨羟肟酸>k苯甲羟肟酸>kN-羟基邻苯二甲酰亚胺>kH205。
【Abstract】 Based on the shaking cultivation method,the mixed bacteria were used to study the biodegradability of hydroxamic acid collectors.The biodegradation rates of salicylhydroxamic acid,benzohydroxamic acid,N-hydroxy phthalimide and H205 on the seventh day are 93.3%,86.9%,86.5% and 21.9% respectively.According to GB/T 15818-2006,the first three collectors are easy primary biodegradable organic compounds,and H205 is refractory organic matter.The biodegradation process of hydroxamic acid collectors follows the first-order reaction kinetics.The descending order of reaction rate constant of the above mentioned compounds is salicylhydroxamic acid > benzohydroxamic acid > N-hydroxy phthalimide > H205.
