留民营沼气生物脱硫工程的设计与运行
Design and Operation of Bio-desulfurization Project of Liuminying Biogas Station
【摘要】 沼气在综合利用之前必须进行脱硫处理,沼气生物脱硫是近年发展的一种新的脱硫方法,具有处理成本低、不产生二次污染等优点。留民营三期沼气工程中采用生物脱硫工艺,沼气处理量为1 000 m3/d。pH、接触时间、气水比、温度等因素均会影响沼气脱硫效果。当沼气中H2S原始浓度为2 000~3 000μL/L、pH=8和气水比为10∶1、接触时间为47 s时,H2S去除率达到90%,再生槽中硫化物转化成单质硫的比例为85%。从技术和价格两方面考虑,生物脱硫应用于集中供气的大中型沼气工程是可行的。
【Abstract】 It is necessary to remove hydrogen sulfide from biogas before it is utilized.Bio-desulfurization is a new method to remove hydrogen sulfide from biogas.It has the advantages of low cost and no secondary pollution.Bio-desulfurization process with a biogas treatment capacity of 1 000 m3/d was used in the third phase project of Liuminying biogas station.The removal efficiency of hydrogen sulfide is related to the pH,contact time,biogas-water ratio and temperature.90% hydrogen sulfide with the initial concentration of 2 000 to 3 000 μL/L can be removed under the conditions of pH 8,biogas-water ratio 10 ∶1 and contact time 47 s.85% sulfide in the regeneration tank is converted to elemental sulfur.Considering the technology and economy,it is feasible to adopt the bio-desulfurization process in the large and middle biogas projects.
