基于碳源需求的A~2/O工艺分段进水研究
Step-feed in A~2/O Process Based on Carbon Source Demand
【摘要】 针对现有A2/O工艺难以稳定实现同步生物脱氮除磷的问题,根据反硝化脱氮和厌氧释磷对碳源的不同需求,采用分段进水的方法,以期提高其脱氮除磷效果。外加乙酸碳源的试验结果表明,在厌氧段投加碳源不能有效提高后续缺氧段的反硝化效果。因此根据反硝化脱氮和厌氧释磷对碳源的不同需求,建立了分段进水的分配模型,以提高A2/O工艺的反硝化速率和释磷速率。A2/O工艺中试采用预缺氧段、厌氧段和缺氧段进水比例分别为15%、50%和35%的方法,结果表明,系统平均出水总氮和总磷分别为15.3和0.41 mg/L,稳定达到了GB 18918—2002的一级B排放标准;对总氮和总磷的去除率分别达到了68.5%和93.2%,比厌氧段单点进水分别提高了15.1%和16.6%。
【Abstract】 Aimed at the difficult stable realization of simultaneous biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal in the existing A2/O process,the step-feed method was used to improve the efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus removal.The results from the test using acetic acid as carbon source show that the denitrification efficiency in anoxic zone can not be increased by adding acetic acid into anaerobic zone.Based on the different demands for carbon source in nitrogen removal by denitrification and anaerobic phosphorus release,a distribution model for step-feed was set up to improve the denitrification rate and phosphorus release efficiency in the A2/O process.The distribution ratios of the influent into pre-anoxic,anaerobic and anoxic zones are 15%,50% and 35% respectively in the pilot test.The results show that the concentrations of TN and TP in the effluent are 15.3 mg/L and 0.41 mg/L respectively,and the effluent quality can meet first level B criteria specified in the GB 18918-2002.The removal rates of TN and TP are 68.5% and 93.2% respectively,being increased by 15.1% and 16.6% compared with a single point feed into the anaerobic zone only.
