磁力传动同位器轴承材料的制备
Magnetic Drive Device with the Bit Bearing the Choice of Materials
【摘要】 为保障磁力传动同位器在核电站一体化卸料装置和燃料输送转换设备上使用的安全可靠性,依据参数要求对轴承材料进行分析选择,测试了钨镍钛合金材料特性,结果表明该材料具有耐高温、耐腐蚀、抗辐照、自润滑性强的特点,解决了磁力传动同位器在特殊工况下轴承材料问题.
【Abstract】 In order to protect the magnetic drive integration with digital devices in nuclear power stations convert discharge device and fuel delivery for use on equipment safety and reliability,based on development parameters of the bearing material selection,tested the material properties of tungsten nickel-titanium alloy,and confirmed that it has proved high temperature,corrosion,radiation,self-lubricating properties of the strong resolve of the magnetic drive device with the bit bearing material issue in the special condition.
