砂梨多品种矿质营养适宜值的高接比对法研究

【摘要】 根据果树品种间叶片矿质营养适宜值存在稳定差异原理,用砂梨(Pyrus pyrifolia)为试材,并以已知叶片矿质营养适宜值的品种翠冠为对照,在检验同砧高接的砂梨品种间叶片矿质营养存在稳定差异的基础上,高接比对分析5个砂梨品种叶片的矿质营养差异。依各品种元素平均值排序与品种间元素差异显著性与否,及其对照品种与比对品种营养元素平均差值80%置信上限1.28×Std+d,统计推断比对品种的叶片矿质营养适宜范围,修订蜜雪梨与制定黄花、清香、玉冠砂梨品种的叶片矿质营养适宜指标。文章还讨论分析"高接比对法"应用的必备条件与局限性,以及最小可靠样本量n的选定。

【Abstract】 According to the principle of stable difference in mineral nutrition optimum parameters of leaves among fruit tree cultivars,the experiment was carried out to study the nutrition difference of five pear cultivars(Pyrus pyriflia) which grafted on same rootstock.The optimum parameters for the cultivar Cuiguan were used as control.According to the sequence of five cultivars nutrition value,the results of significance test and the upper limit to confidence interval 1.28×Std+d(-) of t test,the mineral nutrition optimum parameters of Huanghua,Qingxiang,Yuguan and Mixue were statistically inferred on the basis of Cuiguan mineral nutrition optimum parameters which had been known.The necessary conditions and limitations of top-grafted contrast experiment as well as the selection of minimum reliable sample size n were discussed.The aim of this paper was to provide a new effective method for research on fruit mineral nutrition optimum parameters by top grafted contrast ex-periment.
