基于水力设计的轴流泵叶片的三维建模方法
Three-D modeling method of blades in axial-flow impellers based on hydraulic design
【摘要】 在实际设计轴流泵叶片时常采用圆柱层间无关性假设,设计被简化为平面直列叶栅的绕流命题,由二维设计结果无法直接检查叶片几何形态.在简要说明轴流泵水力设计原理及过程的基础上,通过实例介绍直接应用叶片水力设计结果与数据,包括对叶片几何形态有控制作用的等高线,实现叶片三维建模的思路和方法.采用该方法获得的叶片三维模型将真实准确地反映设计叶片的真实几何形状,与已报道的一些轴流叶片建模原理及过程有重大区别.可以提高最终成型叶片压力面和吸力面的光滑性,改进和提升叶片水力和空化性能.
【Abstract】 Axial flow pump blades were usually designed with an assumption of independent cylindrical stream surfaces.The design was simplified as a flow problem about planar straight cascade.It is impossible to check directly the blade geometrical configuration according to two-dimensional design results.After briefly presenting hydraulic design principle and process of axial flow impellers and by means of an example,the idea and method of three-dimensional modeling were realized by taking advantage of the results and data of blade hydraulic design,including the contour lines which are of significant importance in determining the blade shape.The three-dimensional model formulated with this method demonstrated the exact geometry of blade to be designed,and was quite different from those reported publicly.By employing this method,it would be possible to increase finished smoothness of blade pressure and suction-surfaces and improve hydraulic and cavitation performance of the impeller.
