【摘要】 高效液相色谱法测定复方甘草酸苷氯化钠注射液中的甘草酸单铵。采用ODS-C18色谱柱;乙腈-2%冰醋酸(40:60)为流动相;流速1.0mL.min-1;检测波长254nm;柱温为室温。该方法检出限为8ng/mL,线性范围为0.05—0.80mg/mL(r=0.9989),平均回收率98.81%。更多还原

【Abstract】 The content of glycyrrhizin in glycyrrhizin injection was determined by HPLC with ODS-C18 column,acetonitrile and 2% acetic acid(40∶60)as mobile phase at 254nm,room temperature,and flow rate of 1.0mL/min.Linear range of glycyrrhizin was 0.05—0.80mg/mL(r=0.9989).The average recovery was 98.81%.更多还原
