非晶Fe78Si9B13合金涂层及涂层对磁性能的影响
Coating of Fe78Si9B13 alloy and the effect of coating on magnetic properties
【摘要】 研究了非晶Fe78Si9B13合金涂层工艺及涂层对非晶Fe78Si9B13合金磁性能的影响。结果表明:使用适当的涂层工艺涂层后的非晶Fe78Si9B13合金带材涂层厚度均匀,显示出良好的耐电压性;X射线衍射实验结果表明,纵向磁场热处理后,涂层及未涂层的Fe-Si-B合金衍射花样特征基本相同;与未涂层的非晶Fe78Si9B13合金相比,经涂层的Fe78Si9B13非晶合金静态磁性能有所下降,但经涂层处理后的非晶合金有效的降低了其在高频下的铁损,对于高频率工作条件下的非晶合金器件,具有一定的应用价值。
【Abstract】 The coating ways of amorphous Fe78Si9B13 alloys and its influence to magnetic properties are studied.It is found that coating thickness is even and the coated Fe78Si9B13 alloys performs good property of voltage withstand through the suitable coating way;For the non-coating amorphous Fe78Si9B13 alloys and the coatings,it is showed that they have the same diffraction pattern after longitudinal field annealing;For the coated amorphous Fe78Si9B13 alloys,although it has a little effect on its static magnetic properties,it reduces the core loss effectively in the working conditions of high frequency.It is useful for the amorphous devices which are used in high frequency.
