基于氢键复合的丙烯酸树脂共混物激光全息记录材料
Laser holographic material based on acrylic resin blend with intermolecular hydrogen bonding
【摘要】 以通用的激光全息记录材料丙烯酸树脂为基体,与甲基丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酰胺共聚物(P(MMA-co-MAAM))进行溶液共混,制备了丙烯酸树脂/P(MMA-co-MAAM)共混物。研究结果表明,丙烯酸树脂与P(MMA-co-MAAM)共聚物之间存在氢键相互作用,P(MMA-co-MAAM)共聚物的加入显著提高了激光全息记录材料的玻璃化温度、冲击性和耐磨性,所制备的激光全息图通过激光打印机后,其表面结构完整、防伪图像清晰,光衍射效率(η)达到10.8%,高于GB/T22258-2008所规定的η≥5%。
【Abstract】 The acrylic resin(AR)/methyl methacrylate(MMA)-methacrylamide(MAAM) copolymer(P(MMA-co-MAAM)) blends were prepared by solution mixing.The results showed that there exists intermolecular hydrogen bonding between AR and P(MMA-co-MAAM).The addition of P(MMA-co-MAAM) increases the glass transition temperature,impact strength and wear-resistance of AR.After printed by laser printer,the hologram image based on AR/ P(MMA-co-MAAM) blend is still perfect,its optical diffracting efficiency is 10.8%,higher than 5% of GB/T22258-2008.
