【摘要】 目的介绍复方黄聚凝胶的制备和评价复方黄聚凝胶的安全性。方法应用复方黄聚凝胶对家兔和豚鼠进行皮肤用药急性毒性实验和皮肤过敏性实验,观察家兔的体重变化等以及豚鼠的皮肤反应。结果家兔的行为活动、皮毛光泽度、饮食均无变化。观察结束时,各组家兔体重的增长差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);复方黄聚凝胶对豚鼠的皮肤无致敏性。结论复方黄聚凝胶对皮肤无刺激性和致敏性,外用安全可靠,值得进一步推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce the preparation of the compound Huang coagel,and evaluate the external application security of the compound Huang coagel. Methods Rabbits and guinea pigs were used to test the dermatic acute toxicology and the skin reaction of the compound Huang coagel. The change of the rabbits’weight and the guinea pigs’skin reaction were checked during the experiments. Results The behavioral activity,the skin’s glossiness and the diet of the rabbits were unchanged. There was not a statistically significant difference in the variances of the rabbits’weight among the three groups( P > 0. 05). The compound Huang coagel had no sensitization to guinea pigs’ skin. Conclusion The compound Huang coagel had no irritation and sensitization to the skin. The compound Huang coagel has excellent external application security and it deserves further development and application.更多还原
