【摘要】 目的观察益肾降压片对高血压模型大鼠血压(BP)以及肾素血管紧张素系统的影响,并探讨其降压作用与肾素血管紧张素系统之间的关系。方法二肾一夹法制备肾性高血压模型大鼠(RHR),造模成功后,灌胃给药,每天1次,连续治疗给药4周。于造模前、造模后和给药4周末测定大鼠血压,并于给药4周末测量大鼠血浆肾素(Renin)和血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)水平。结果益肾降压片高、中剂量均能明显降低高血压模型大鼠的BP和血浆AngⅡ、ET及N0的含量。结论益肾降压片对高血压模型大鼠具有降低血压的作用,其降压机制可能与其影响RAS系统有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of rat model of h ypertension’s blood pressure (BP)by Yishen Jiangya tables as well as the impact of renin-angiotensin sys t em,and to explore its role in blood pressure and renin-angiotensin system,and the relationship between. Methods The two-kidney one prepared by t he central model of renal hypertension in rats (RHR),After the model successed,weeks dose group ,oral administration,once in da y,for the treatment of drug 4weeks dose group. Before,after modeling and deliv ery 4weeks,we determined the blood pressure in rats and measured. plasma renin (Renin) and angio tensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) level. Results High and middle d ose group can signi ficantly reduce BP and plasma Ang Ⅱ,ET and t he content of NO in rats with high blood pressure. Conclusion Yishen Jiangya Tablet rat model of hypertension has reduced blood pressure,and its step-down mechanism may be relate d to the impact of RAS system.更多还原
