【摘要】 赭石临床疗效可靠。因含微量元素砷,目前中医用药孕妇慎用;不宜长期服用。本文通过查阅文献学习,提出生赭石一般不用,尽量使用煅醋淬赭石。若使用生赭石,一定注意赭石用量不可过大,疗程不可过长。肝肾功能受损严重者应禁用赭石。在优生优育方面应扩大慎用范围。乳母、婴幼儿、儿童应慎用该药,尤其生赭石更应慎用,以避免影响小儿智力发育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ruddle has realiable clinical efficacy. As a result of trace elements arsenic included, in raditional Chinese medicine,it should be used with caution in pregnant women.Besides,long-term use should be forbidden. This text based on the literature study tells us that raw ruddle generally doesn’t use, and it is usually replaced by. calcined quenching in vinegar. If we need it, make sure that a certain amount of attention can not be too much and treatment can not be too long. In severe cases, impaired liver and kidney functions can be disabled. What is more, at birth we should expand the scope of its being used with caution, especially to infants, young children and breast-feeding women.Once misused, it will do harm to mental development.更多还原
