【摘要】 目的研究不同剂量咪达唑仑(抗焦虑药)用于膝关节镜术后镇痛的效应。方法择期拟行膝关节镜手术患者60例,随机分为4组(n=15),术毕,通过关节镜向关节腔内分别注入生理盐水或不同浓度(25,50,75μg.kg-1)咪达唑仑溶液5 mL,记录术后1,2,4,8,12及24 h的VAS评分,并观察恶心、呕吐发生情况及镇痛药物使用情况。结果与生理盐水组相比,咪达唑仑溶液组可显著减轻术后4 h内的VAS评分[(2.0±0.3)vs(4.8±0.4),P<0.05],且存在一定的剂量增强关系。术后不良反应及镇痛药物需求组间差异无统计学意义。结论咪达唑仑用于关节镜术后局部镇痛效果确切,且中枢并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investgate the analgesic effects of intraarticular midazolam after knee arthroscopy.Methods Sixty patients undergoing knee arthroscopy were randomized to receive intraarticular midazolam 25,50,75 μg·kg-1,or isotonic saline.The efficacy of the analgesic technique were assessed with visual analog scale pain scores.Patients were observed for 1,2,4,8,12 and 24 hours after operation,respectively.Results Intraarticular midazolam significantly reduced visual analog pain scores in the early postoperative period(4 hours)compared with saline [(2.0+0.3) vs(4.8+0.4),P<0.05],while did not increase adverse effects.Conclusion Intraarticular midazolam for postoperative analgesia might be an ideal choice after knee arthroscopy.更多还原
