【摘要】 目的评价临床路径在规范过度医疗行为中的应用效果。方法通过制定风心病二尖瓣置换和子宫平滑肌瘤两个病种的临床路径,对临床路径管理实施前后患者的住院天数、医疗费用等进行比较。结果实施临床路径规范了医师的医疗行为,使患者住院天数、医疗费用等均显著下降,有效地控制了医疗成本。结论临床路径作为一种质量效益型医疗管理模式,它对于医院在医疗纠纷中承担核心举证责任后出现的许多过度医疗等自卫性医疗行为,有较好的规范作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of the article is to evaluate the practical effect of clinical pathway in standardizing the excessive medical behavior.The writers compared the days of hospital stay,medical expenses and others of the patients with the replacement of mitral valve of rheumatic heart disease and the ones with uterine leiomyoma before and after the practice of clinical pathway.And they found clinical pathway standardized doctors’ medical practice,the days of hospital stay and medical expenses were obviously reduced and medical cost was effectively controlled.As a management pattern of quality and efficiency in a hospital,clinical pathway plays a standardizing role in many of the excessive defensive medical behavior after the hospital taking the core responsibility of producing evidence in medical disputes.更多还原
