【摘要】 目的:了解老年HIV/AIDS患者的心理特点,提供相应的护理干预,消除不良心理反应。方法:利用艾滋病检测咨询中心,了解老年HIV/AIDS患者的心理特点,采取有关护理干预:帮助老年HIV/AIDS患者获得家庭、社会的支持,正确对待疾病,消除不良心理反应。结果:通过护理干预,除6例已死亡外,21例AIDS患者消除了消极心理,保持平和心态,坚持抗病毒治疗,6例HIV携带者能正确对待疾病,遵指导做好预防措施、定期检查。结论:老年HIV/AIDS患者存在严重不良心理反应,及时予相应护理干预,能帮助他们获得家庭支持、社会支持,消除消极心理,提高生活质量,延长生命。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the elder HIV and AIDS patients’ psychological characteristics so as to provide corresponding nursing interventions for patients to eliminate their adverse psychological reactions.Methods: Through the AIDS Exam Counseling Center,to know the elder HIV/AIDS patients’s psychological characteristics,and the related nursing interventions were taken to help the elder HIV/AIDS patients to gain the family and social supports,the positive attitude towards the disease and the elimination of adverse psychological reactions.Results: By taking nursing intervention,except for 5 patients died,the other 21 AIDS patients had eliminated the negative psychology,maintained a peaceful state of mind and adhered to antiviral treatment;the other 6 cases of HIV carriers were able to hold an positive attitude towards the disease,adopt preventive measures,and receive regular examinination.Conclusions: The elder HIV/AIDS patients appear to have serious adverse psychological reactions.Taking timely nursing interventions can help them gain family and social supports,eliminate negative mentalities,improve their life qualities and prolong their lives.更多还原
