【摘要】 目的:观察颈3以上颈椎骨折脱位应用Halo-vest装置后的治疗效果。方法:回顾7例颈椎骨折脱位患者临床资料,随访观察治疗效果。结果:应用Halo-vest装置治疗颈3以上颈椎骨折脱位取得满意的治疗效果,远优于头颈胸石膏及颈托,未出现严重并发症。结论:正确合理使用Halo-vest装置,使颈3以上颈椎骨折脱位合并颈髓损伤的治疗变得简单和安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of applying Halo-vest fixation for fracture and dislocation on cervical spine upper than C3.Methods: A retrospective study was carried out on 7 cases of fracture and dislocation on cervical spine upper than C3.The clinical data were reviewed with follow-up. Results: The outcome of patients treated with Halo-vest fixation was much better than those treated with head-neck-chest plaster and cervical gear.There was no severe complication.Conclusion: The application of Halo-vest fixation makes the treatment of cervical spine fracture and dislocation safe and convenient.更多还原
