【摘要】 目的:评价氟哌噻吨美利曲辛加抑制胃酸药、胃动力加抑制胃酸药、单纯用胃动力药治疗非进餐相关的以上腹痛、烧灼感、反酸、腹胀、早饱为主要表现的功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:随机将130例功能性消化不良患者分为3组,治疗组50例,对照组A、B组各40例。对照A组给予胃肠动力药枸橼酸莫沙必利和质子泵抑制剂奥美拉唑,对照组B组单纯用枸橼酸莫沙必利,治疗组在用奥美拉唑的基础上每天加用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛,疗程均为4周。与对照组比较,治疗组显效率和总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.01),不良反应轻微。结论:氟哌噻吨美利曲辛结合抑酸药疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effecacy of Flupentixol and Melitracen(Deanxit) combined with antacids,prokinetics agents combined with antacids and monotherapy with prokinetics agents in treating patients with functional dyspepsia(FD) of non-related with consumption,who were with pain in the upper abdomen,burning sensation,acid eructation and feeling full in advance as the main clinic symptoms.Methods:130 patients with FD were randomly divided into 3 groups:1 treatment group(50 cases),and 2 control groups(group A,40 cases;Group B,40 cases).Patients in group A were treated by Mosapride(prokinetic agents) combined with Omeprazole(proton pump inhibitor,PPI),patients in group B were treated by Mosapride only;while patients in the treatment group were treated by Omeprazole combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen(Deanxit) every day.And the course of treatment for each group was four weeks.Compared with patients in the 2 control groups,the rate of marked improvement and rates of improvement for patients in the treatment group are all better(P<0.01).Furthermore,the adverse reaction is light.Conclusions:The application of Flupentixol and Deanxit combined with antacids is quite effective in treating patients with FD.更多还原
