双相永磁材料制备及性能
Preparation and properties of two-phase permanent magnet materials
【摘要】 采用机械合金化的方法,把自制的硬磁相钡铁氧体粉末和软磁相锰锌铁氧体粉末按照一定比例混合球磨,并用树脂固化成型.研究了球磨过程中粉末合金的磁性.相同组分双相磁性试样在3~10 h的不同球磨条件下,球磨时间越长,磁性越强.
【Abstract】 The selfmade permanent magnet barium ferrite powders and soft magnet manganese-zinc ferrite powders were mixed in appropriate proportions and were proformed with resin curing by the mathod of the mechanical alloying.The magnetic properties of the powders alloy produced by different ball milling were studied.The magnetism of the alloy by the longer time ball milling was better than the other alloy contained the same 5% two-phase magnet materials.
