带三通锅炉集箱的数值模拟和实验研究
Numerical Simulation and Experimental Research of Flow Problems of Headers with T-type Three-way Pipe and Parallel Tube Platen System of Utility Boiler
【摘要】 大容量电站锅炉过热器、再热器集箱多采用T型三通结构从集箱径向引入引出,由于进口三通存在涡流区,易导致该区支管中蒸汽流量偏小,从而发生超温爆管事故。针对该问题从通用偏微分方程组出发,基于SIMPLEC方法编制了相应的计算程序,并把计算结果与实验结果比较,证明该方法计算合理可行,可用于集箱系统的优化设计与事故诊断。
【Abstract】 The steam always goes in and out pre-heater and re-heater of utility boiler through T-type three-way pipes.Because of eddy zone in T-type three-way inlet pipes, where the steam is less than other zones,the parallel tube will be broken easily because of over-temperature.In this paper,starting from the general partial differential equations of flow problems,a partitioning parallel CFD procedure is developed based on SIMPLEC.And then,comparing with experimental results This method is proved reasonable and effective. It could be used as a tool of optimization and accident diagnostics.
