四角切圆燃用印度高灰分煤的锅炉设计概况和运行性能
Design and Commission Performance of Indian High-Ash-Coal-Fired Boiler Adopting Tangential Firing System
【摘要】 主要叙述了SBWL采用四角切圆燃用印度高灰分煤的300MW机组锅炉的设计和运行情况,并给出了印度具有代表性煤的燃烧特性的研究结论,提出了燃用高灰分煤的传热问题,指出传统计算公式的不足,在设计过程中应充分考虑高灰分烟气的影响。仅以此文引起同行重视,加强对印度高灰分煤的燃烧传热方面的研究工作。
【Abstract】 Introduce design,general layout and performance testing result of Indian high-ash-coal-fired boiler adopting tangential firing system.List the ultimate analysis and combustion property of Indian representational high-ash-coal.Present the problem about heat-transfer character of flue gas produced by burning high-ash coal and point out the shortage of traditional heat-transfer formula.During boiler’s heating calculation,the influence from Indian high-ash-coal must be taken into account adequately.The article is published mainly to bring attention of practitioners and call for the research for Indian high-ash-coal’s combustion and heat-transfer.
