基于Fe基载氧体的生物质化学链燃烧试验研究

【摘要】 化学链燃烧技术(CLC)是一种含有CO2内分离的新型燃烧技术。以Fe2O3为载氧体,在10 kWth级串行流化床上进行了生物质化学链燃烧的试验研究,探讨了燃料反应器温度、生物质进料量和水蒸气量对2个反应器(燃料反应器+空气反应器)气体产物组成的影响。结果表明较高的反应器温度虽然有助于速控步(即气化反应)的进行,但是受载氧体的载氧率和颗粒循环速率的影响反而不利于CO2捕集。随着生物质进料量的增加,燃料反应器需氧量的上升,不利于燃料反应器CO2的捕集。而水蒸气量的增加有利于燃料反应器CO2的捕集,但是同时也导致H2的出现。

【Abstract】 Chemical-looping combustion(CLC) is novel combustion technology with inherent separation of the greenhouse gas CO2.Experiments on chemical looping combustion of biomass with a Fe2O3 based oxygen carrier was carried out on the interconnected fluidized bed.The effects of fuel reactor temperature,biomass feed rate and steam on the gas composition of the air reactor and fuel reactor were investigated.The result shows that although the higher fuel reactor temperature could contribute to strengthen the process of biomass gasification,while CO2 capture rate decreasd by the low oxygen rate of oxygen carrier and the rate of reduction reaction.With the increase of biomass feed rate,the O2 needs of fuel reaction increases,which does not contribute to the CO2 capture.The increasing of steam feed rate could contibute to the CO2 capture,but H2 concentration rose rapidly after the first stabilized.
